I like to think of a balding Bentley driver being an uber successful plaintiff's atty after a big score, or a plastic surgeon doing tummy tucks for the bevy of aging starlets,--driving while smoking a stogie, going from his Beverly Hills mansion to his yacht , to fly on his private jet on a hunting expedition to harpoon whales in the Antarctic or even to impress his newest Mistress---The idea of him watching miles per gallon in his land cruiser is so very bourgeois.
