I'm glad to see that the Ranger is back. My dad drove one for years for his company, and I found it to be a really nice, useful vehicle on the times that I borrowed it for this and that.
He ended up replacing it with a Toyota Tacoma, which I also really enjoy driving.
Ahh, I remember those times with your friends huge truck. I always thought he was over-compensating for something.....
No need for a huge truck for most people. A Midsize will do quite nicely.
